Is it ok that pepermint extract has so much alcohol in it? Even the organic ones I've seen have it in them. I'll soon be commencing liver flushes and will be drinking the alternate cleansing drink as I understand it is good for kidneys. thank you

Extracts are very powerful and you only need a teaspoon of peppermint in that case. That's not much alcohol at all.

Shelley the one I got is St Francis Peppermint Tincture, it contains 44% grain alcohol, is it not appropriate for candida people?
