Hi shelley
How essential is it to have a colonic? Is there anything else you'd advise that would work nearly as well? It's 120 euros a pop where I am, and I'm really not keen on the idea of a home enema, not really practical for me anyway. Would oxypowder before & after liver flush be ok?
Thanks in advance

Oxy-powder is better than nothing! And sometimes it's quite sufficient. But I wouldn't do a major liver flush unless I'd already done lots of slow cleansing (lecithin, carrot, beet, herbs), because toxic bile is very caustic and can burn the intestines if you don't take it out right away. |

Thanks Shelley -
I've been taking dandelion tincture, and ACV with each meal... I don't have access to coptis, gold coin grass or chinese bitters where I live, I can order them but I really want to get started asap. What else can I add in that would help me to prepare?
Again, thanks for your reply

| the stuff I listed is great, plus apple cider/green apples or malic acid supplements. See the FAQ, there are tons of options for liver cleansing besides flushing. |
