HELP, Im totally clueless and miserable...

I think I may need to do this liver flush thing, but I dont know how or where to begin. I am currently 5'5 and 100lbs, suffering from chronic constipation. I seriously cannot have a BM anymore on my own. I am always popping laxatives, using suppositories or fleet enemas....like every day because I am so filled with stool. Its like things dont move through me anymore since i lost a lot of weight. Some of these things arnt even helping me anymore, but I know I need to gain weight so I continue to eat a lot, well that makes me feel like crap because Im so full from meals from days before. I cannot live like this anymore and need drastic help. I have been reading about this liver flush thing and hope maybe it could help me? I dont know what to do.....please explain to me exactly what I have to do and the things I need to get to do them. Please please please and thank you.

All the information you need is in the FAQ, just look at the top of the page and click on "Faq" then start reading from top down. Click on everything - they're all hyperlinks.

Switch to Triphala and an enema bucket of your own and start cleansing the liver. You don't have to do a flush right away, there are other things that will let you stay in your comfort zone. Smile
