OK, I still haven't flushed!

Been so busy...

I was thinking of maybe doing it soon, but was wondering ...

1) how important is it to avoid run up to full moon? Could I flush tomorrow moon-wise?
2) I haven't really done a lot of prep recently - just GCG every morning still (nearly out, that's why I want to just flush now), coffee enemas, 1 cleansing drink per day, moderate amount liver herbs - eating normally for me - veggies, meat, kefir, potatoes, small amount "bad" food like chocolate - haven't been undereating
Would this be enough to flush?
3) Say I did a coffee enema Saturday morning, ate normally Saturday including fats, then Sunday ate no fat/lightly - would it be OK to flush Sunday night?
Or is it not good to have done a coffee enema so recently?

Thanks a lot.
Guess I'm just impatient!
Maybe I should wait until new moon, and pull out the lecithin and have more cleansing drinks in between ...
The only problem is I will run out of GCG in about 4 days!

Thanks

Taking a lot of GCG can be plenty of prep for a flush for an _experienced_ flusher. So go for it!

Timing it by the moon is a good thing to do but not at all mandatory.

I don't always avoid fats prior to a flush and I can't say it's hurt! I still get out a dozen stones either way.

Coffee enemas really amp up the system so I wouldn't mix both coffee and flushing myself, but if your tolerance is up there it's not bad. Just remember enemas tend to stop digestion for awhile and cause backflow, which you do NOT want when flushing, so it's best to do them very early in the day then flush later at night when you've fully recovered.

OK, thanks!

It is actually my first flush, don't know if that's OK?

Did coffee enema this morning ... maybe I will wait until tomorrow night to go for it. I could do Oxypowder tonight as well to get my colon clear.

Can't wait, I'm quite excited to do it, but I want it to be a good one.

My other question is - I am really strapped for cash right now, so I can't afford colonic irrigations (about $100 or more here in UK). My colon is pretty clear due to P&B shakes daily, oxypowder at night. Is is dangerous to go without them for the flush? Can I clean myself out afterwards with a combination of P&B shakes, oxypowder and more coffee enemas? (I'm pretty tolerant to the coffee).

thanks

Yep, definitely, as long as you combine all of them - the enema takes care of the large intestine whilst the fiber shakes take care of the small intestine. That way no stones stick around where they shouldn't.

Ah, first flush, okay, it's still probably okay if you did a lot of GCG, that stuff is pretty powerful.
