Is it ok to do juices (apple, celery, carrot) after 8pm?
How about Kefir?
I find it difficult to drink 64oz of water and observe the no fluids 30 minutes before and one hour after a meal rule. |

| Fluids are important, so if you're short of your daily ration drink all you want at night, but if you juice veggies or fruits late at night, water them down with tonic water or pure still water. |

| Kefir is fine at any hour - it's predigested by the microbes. Your body doesn't have to do much to kefir or any fermented food. |

Which is why if I try to have kefir and strawberries as a meal on an empty stomach, I'll be STARVING within an hour.
I can attest to kefir being nice in the evenings, with a little vanilla and pumpkin pie spice tossed in. And, I don't digest well at all after 8pm, so if kefir doesn't bother me, you might like it, too. |
