I just received my grains and I have made two batches of Kefir. Right now I am using Organic Pastures Raw Milk. The only problem is that it costs $8 for a half gallon. I am considering switching to whole milk that is unfortunately pasteurized.

When I ferment the pasteurized milk will this remedy much of what is wrong with it?
