Can i take umeboshi plums while i'm on cadida? It's fermented, but it shouldn't be a problem, or am i missing something?

cheers

I haven't actually tried them myself, but have heard several reliable people with candida rave on about these plums. So my advice would be to give it a go and report back. I'd like to know if they are really as good as people say.

I highly recommend umeboshi plums.

The Japanese really understand the power of digestion. A good Japanese meal always has a bit of digestive aid, from their version of sauerkraut - just a small dish prior to the main course - to the marinated ginger, umeboshi, and of course that wonderful Wasabi. In my notes on digestion guidelines I mention umeboshi plums. They are fantastic for digestion and that's important for candida people. Be sure to read about digestion in the FAQ, it is the CORE of vital heatlh.

Fermented foods are wonderful for candida people, especially if homemade so that the microbes are alive and well.

My mom has been beggining me to startt taking them, but i'm always reluctant to take something new in fear of making things worse, so i thought i'd check first. I'll start it today (half of fermented plump before lunch) and see how it goes.

Thanks for guidance Very Happy
