I've been noticing 10-30 min. after eating (haven't narrowed it down to any particular foods yet...) my upper thighs feel very hot, maybe for about 30-45 min. I suffer from constipation regularly so I wouldn't doubt that this has something to do with poor/lack of digestion. Any input/comments/suggestions? Anyone ever have this happen to them?
Thanks |

| Once we eat, most of our blood floods into our "core" to deal with the nutrients and wastes. This changes blood pressure, flow, everything. If you're sensitive you can feel it, particularly if you have estrogen/liver issues, as estrogen tends to stay around the ovaries, hips and thighs. |
