| I am trying to learn to eat without fluids. I do get very thirsty though. In ounces what is the most water you could get away with during a meal? It should be spiked with lemon too, right? |

| I think you could get away with 8 ounces as long as it's not ice cold. Best to have tea if you can, or spike it with lots of lemon/lime. |

Yep!
Drink more in between meals, watch your salt intake (no processed foods!) and have at least one meal that is nothing but liquid if you're really dehydrated. Sometimes my "meal" is just a protein shake with NYF and lecithin. That way I get my liquids, proteins and vitamins AND cleanse my liver. My 4:00 snack is lemonade (got to have at least one sugar fix bwa hahaha!). |
