I'd like to be able to read info online, like your FAQs on curezone - I'm not sure if that's what you meant by "books" or "pamphlets" - it's right there on the web site and accessible whether I'm at work or home and I can print it out if I want.

My Wife and I loved refering to your FAQ`s at Curezone....
I agree with itslaura completely.Your FAQ`s are Soooooo handy ONLINE!
Cant wait to see them again.(As our FAQ`s at Curezone have been deleted Sad
I always get excited when you announce an up-date to them! I then click and "Hunt" for the up-Dates/ amendments/additions.We are ever grateful for sharing your experience/time and effort .

I printed out a whole booklet I named Notes From Shelley.
It included my protocol
The FAQ
recipes
and posts I fround of relative interest.

I would like something like a rotating
Tai Chi movement and related info
or
A yoga posistion and relate info
or meditative exercise
By rotating I mean it could be replaced weekly or something.

I think so many of us are making such great strides in improvement it would be nice to have a little extra - relaxive excercise we could pick up . Like a secondary study.

I am a book person! Nothing could make me happier than to have all of Shelley's wisdom, including recipes, in a book that I could read and reread and reread!!!!

Yes, and me! I love a good book. Although I read lots on the internet, its just so good to settle down in a comfy chair at the end of the day. Sometimes when I've printed something off, and read it later, I find things in it I hadn't noticed before, and of course, by reading things over again, more sinks in!

I would like to read YOUR BOOK !!!!!
It would become my bible towards optimum health

ESPECIALLY a BOOK all about :

How to eat for a WHOLE MONTH or even a YEAR for that matter
hehehe
In order to get in all our VITAMINS, MINERALS THE NATURAL WAY WITH FOODS AND SUPERFOODS ETC ...
without constantly worrying about what we need to eat and IF we're eating right etc ...
Its very stressful ...
hehehe

I WOULD SERIOUSLY JUST FOLLOW UR EATING PLAN DAILY AND THAT WOULD BE IT FOR ME ... I would be ur first customer !!!!!
As long as u include:
BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DINNER, SNACK and DESSERTS ( at least once in a while )
and

The questionnaires and tests to aid diagnosis and treatment
is a very interesting idea PLEASE DO IT SHELLEY Very Happy Wink Wink
