Hi,
I am hoping to try my first liver flush next week.
I've been preparing in the ways listed in the
sticky in the liver flush forum.
Question 1: I take a tablespoon of Norwegian
codliver oil every day (with lemon essense),
and I find it very easy to drink. Would this be
an acceptable substitute for the olive oil?
I would find this much easier to drink.
Question 2: Does the grapefruit juice serve
a purpose other than to make the olive
oil taste better?
Thanks for any info!

Hi nice to meet you and big welcome to you,
ok let's see
1. I would probably stick to the olive oil
2. yes it does serve the purpose. What it does is it contracts the liver expelling the stones out and it helps the oil taste better as well.
hope this helps,

You definitely should not drink half a cup of cod liver oil as you would be majorly overdosing on vitamins A and D!
You can use other oils, but olive oil seems to be the healthiest for the cheapest price. |
