No antibiotic or anti-fungal can be taken long term. After awhile they just help your colonies breed bigger and badder baddies, and they start killing off the friendlies too, since microbes are microbes and not all of them are bad. Two weeks is the longest you should take any kind of killing substance. Then you need to take a two week break, and if the symptoms persist you can consider taking them for another two weeks.
Tests were done on the various anti-fungals to see which were the most effective. Grapefruit Seed Extract comes in first, colloidial silver second, the rest are distant thirds, fourths, etc. Olive leaf is good because of the caprylic acid, which you can buy AS caprylic acid now and save some money. |
