Hello everyone, hope you're all doing well.
Man it's good to be back home and I have to say my batteries are full and I feel I am ready now to start with my cleansing again.
For the past 10 days or so, my hubby, our long time friend (that we haven't seen her for 3 years), our two dogs and I went on a road trip around Israel.
We visited all Christian places (and there are soooo many here) and sleeping on the beach was just like a phenomenon. Especially on the Dead Sea shore in the middle of the desert. We put our tent near one palm tree and one big stone. With two dogs guarding us, our little home was looking kinda cute and resembled to one of those Bedouins homes in the middle of nowhere. I'll be posting pictures as soon as I download them from my camera.
Dead Sea is great and floating in that tick salty water was quite an experience. The bottom of the sea was covered with sea salt and Maja and I started collecting it for our home remedies. The water there is really good for all skin issues and as a result of that, some rash that was on my hand got cleared up real good (the rash is pooping every time i cheat on my diet ) Not to mention how smooth our skin was after the dead see peeling that we did in the water.
The only bad thing was that my diet couldn't get any worse. I know that I've been cheating for a quite a while now, but this was really really bad. We ended up eating at Macdonald's at least two times a day and I got little constipated. But, not to worry as from tomorrow I'll be starting with my cleansing protocol. There is nothing that P&B shake can't get through

Hi propaul
They are doing great, little bit tired but it was fun for them also. Our one year old white boxer was protecting our little tent all night. He is a house dog and we didn't know that he was that protective For him that was quite an experience I can tell. He had completely other personality and it was kind of funny for us.
His mother came inside the tent to get away form him, as she wasn't interesting in guarding the tent that much as she was for the sleeping. But that's just the way she is.
That's why it was even funnier as we are not used to that.
