|
|
Hi Shelley,
Happy Friday to you and everyone!
Quick question. I have a colonic scheduled for Friday at 10 a.m. Should I do the liver flush drink on Thursday night or on Wednesday night?
I'd prefer to do it on Thursday night (at 9 p.m.). But will the stones have travelled down to my colon by 13 hours later?
Thanks a lot!

Thursday night. You want them out of you ASAP, and if you fast all that day so that there's nothing to impede their progress they should be ready for exiting by then. |

| I have a similar question. I'm getting a colonic tomorrow at 9:30am. I was planning on taking doing the two OO/GF schedule (one at night, one in morning). I was thinking waking up at 6, taking the epsom salt, then at 8 take the second OO/GF dose, and when I get home take the last epsom salt. Does this sound like a good idea? |

| Do you mean you plan on waking up early in the morning and taking Epsom salts beofre your colonic? IF so, NO don't take it in the morning prior to a colonic. The one contra-indication to a colonic is diarrhea. You don't want to be experiencing diarrhea when you do a colonic or you could cramp up badly. The colonic is INSTEAD of the Epsom salts. You can take the ES prior to the oil/juice to relax the bile ducts, but take a small dose and only 1-2 drinks. |

Along these same lines, Shelley:
Let's say I am doing 2 ES doses and then the OO/GF on a Sunday night. Then I do two more doses around 8 and 10 am on Monday. Should I get a colonic at 6pm on Monday, or Tuesday morning?
I am afraid that by Monday evening, I will still have diarrhea.
Thanks,
Shawna |

| You simply don't do the Es doses on Monday, you just go for a colonic in the morning. |

What if I take one dose of ES Monday morning....can I still get the colonic Monday evening? I only ask because it seems we can't really change our Monday evening colonic.
Thanks! Sorry for all of the questions....

Possibly. If you aren't going like crazy you're okay for a colonic. |
