Is there any way of correcting nutrient deficiencies quicker?
Like can you get a zinc injection or something as this one seems to take forever to remedy.

| Slow is safe and balanced. Fast is highly stressful and imbalancing. An imbalanced lifestyle got you into your mess, so you want to be imbalanced to get out ofthe mess? NOPE! practice balance as much as possible!!! |

Ok thanks,
How much will it hurt my progress to go back to using a benzoyl pyroxide gel for my acne?
It used to keep me pretty clear but i stopped using it so i could see if things made an effect on my skin.
Nothing does, so i'm gonna go with my nutritionist and assume its all down to my lack of nutrients, which she said takes 6 months to a year to correct.
I'm getting serverely depressed cos my skin just seems to get worse and worse and I cant cope with this when i know of at least one way to make my suffering more bearable, despite the initial few weeks of painfully tender red skin while my skin accustoms to the gel.
Thanks |

you're using WHAT? I hope you typed that wrong.
Please read all the posts in the Acne forum. You should be able to just use baking soda and soap followed by Apple Cider Vinegar to keep your skin as clean and disinfected as possible, plus an occasional honey mask. |
