I am wondering if Blending the green leaves and vegetables and then squeezing it in a nutbag will produce a juice close to it's qualities to a juice made in Green Star juicer?

Not really, it would take about 2-3x more veggies to get a glass of juice that way. Best to just blend them and eat them as is.
