e-lyte for hydration

I have been taking e-lyte for hydration and it is very helpful. I am wondering if others have experience with this too or comments about it. It is a concentrated electrolyte formula that I mix a little of into water or another liquid. It tasted salty at first (no sugar) but I got used to it. I get it from a naturopath but they also have a website.

I take it too! I love that stuff. I can definitely tell that I am absorbing my water more efficiently.
