is that good? i like to use mollases and some dried fruit blended in my protein shake then get stuck what to eat after.. fish and veggie? quinoa? rice dish? i know i need carbs but never tend to be that hungry cos of the shake and any later meal i get weak and miss meal deadlines..

maybe pour some blended sproted almonds over the fruit compote and stir with lots of ghee? yummy!!
