Can anyone point me to some recipes that I would be able to make with a bread machine that DO NOT contain regular wheat flour. that is, in otherwords, using other ingredients like quinoa, rice flour, spelt, or kamut, I would also include flax, walnut pieces and dried fruit, I don`t care if it comes out dense. Anyone hear of anything ?

| As long as it's a high protein flour you can make bread with it in the bread machine. I'm not sure how good they work with the non-gluten flours, however. I tend to make my specialty breads from scratch, no machine, but there must be sites that talk about it. |
