Hola!
I have a couple ?s for you Shelley.
1. I was wondering if it's a good idea to take Colosan during a 2-3 day liquid fast? I'm trying to really clean out my small intestine, and I've heard that some people don't know if they're passing old fecal matter or just what they had to eat the previous day.
2. I usually do an enema before I do the liver flush, but would it be better if I took Colosan instead? What about both?
3. How long should I take Colosan, and what's the best time to take it? I'm fairly young and I don't think that I have a lot of muciod plaque, but my diet when I was young was VERY bad. |

Hiya Hoppy! Oh my you ARE a busy one, aren't you? That's great!
1. Definitely. Colosan works best on a low-fiber diet so you can be sure that what comes out is old stuff.
2. Enemas are contra-indicated when there's diarrhea, so if Colosan gives you diarrhea you really can't do enemas. So my best advice would be to do the enema, then the liver flush, then enema the next morning, THEN colosan to keep things moving after that. You can do enemas and colosan during the same week of course, but only if you don't have diarrhea.
3. Go for at least a 2 weeks of Colosan, review your symptoms and decide whether another 2 weeks are necessary. I don't think anyone should do more than a month of Colosan or Oxy-powder. After a month they should either switch to fiber-based cleansers, or stick to enemas/colonics, teas and good diet. |

I've been taking the Colosan for about 3 days now. The first day I took it at night after liquid fasting the entire day (I also did an ACV enema before taking the Colosan). The second day I took it in the morning and night, but only had a light lunch the entire day. Today, I took it in the morning, had a light lunch, and plan on taking it at night again. So far I haven't made a trip to the bathroom at all. Is this stuff even working? Am I already clean inside? |

| Keep trying for a week and if you don't get any results, quit. Must be cleaned out! So do something else like enemas/salt water flushes to remain clean for awhile so other parts of your body can get cleaner. |
