cold bath

Hi all- I am still intrigued with the cold water bath. I have been doing it everyday for a week. Does anyone know of a website or a book that I could find out more about it? Has anyone else tried it yet? Thanks.

I've got "The Natural Remedy Bible" (an awful title since the book is NOT thorough) which has a good chapter on hydrotherapy. I already took the best of it and put it in the FAQ under detox and medicinal baths in Vital Health Management I think, including the cold half-bath. The book was co-written by Michael Tierra, one of my favorite experts, he's the guy behind Planetary Formulas.
