Energy Tapping, as described by innovator Fred Gallo, is a way to use the same meridians used in acupuncture in a way that affects the mental/emotional and spirutual body more than the physical body.
Per co-creative science, a science that studies form and the laws of nature through not just observation but active participation in an ongoing process, we have 3 bodies: physical, mental/emotional and spiritual. The concept of having both a physical body and spiritual body is ages-old, often expressed by the term "duality." Kirlian photography verified what sensitives could see, the energy that is a perfect blueprint of our best potential. For instance, a leaf cut in half appears energetically as a whole leaf. A young animal has an energetic body that is the size of the adult it will become. This has all been verified so now people who can see and read auras are no longer immediately considered crazy. Whew!
What wasn't really known until now was how to apply this knowledge in a way that would help someone reach Vital Health. How do we help someone be cured of a miasm, phobia, depression, anger, or other intense emotional symptom that has no direct physical cause?
My answer to this issue when I was younger was a journal. I'd cleanse my emotional body by pouring out all my thoughts and emotions onto the page and let it go. Sometimes I'd burn the page as a symbol that it's all over and done. I used creative visualization, affirmations in the meditative state, that kind of thing.
Recently my best solution has been Flower Essences and MAP, as they work on the entire body thru its electrical system. But I plan to practice energy tapping, maybe even combine it with MAP, because the testimonials I've read so far are very heartening. One lady with depression felt an uplifting glow that lasted three days, and she'd tried everything!
So I'll be trying this soon as I can afford the book, and I'll be sure and let people know of my findings/experiences. If anyone has already done Energy Tapping or knows someone who has, please do comment in this thread. We'd love to hear from you. |

Hi shelly,
Dont know wether Emotional Freedom Technique is the same as Energy Tapping, : www.emofree.com was started by Gary Craig who learned from a Dr Roger Callahan. The "case histories" are a fasinating read, and if you go to Newcomers Message it explains it all, theres even a 79 page manual which you can download free and also E.F.T for Newcomers Video on CD which I think is free except for postage. Gary Craig seems to be a very genuine guy and passionate about spreading the message of E.F.T.

| I keep hearing more and more about this. Two friends have seperately suggested I look into this, and I keep seeing it mentioned with glowing reports. Then I pick up a leaflet about a Health Fayre demonstrating it next week. I keep going back to the website as there is so much there to read. Its strange, because I've never really been one for this sort of thing before, but I have a funny (good) feeling about this one. |

I met an energy therapist (Malcolm) several weeks ago and in 20 minutes he has 'cured' my addiction for gluten. I feel so free now!!! Now my leaky gut can start to heal!
I'm going to get more work done with him. I posted something in the referrals section: http://www.askshelley.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2227
I tried MAP for 2 months with no success at all.
Malcolm worked on moving my craving out of my body energetically - I actually felt the energy get really hot and then evapourate like ether out of my hands. Weird feeling!

Invincible, for cravings you should do the MAP/Calibration process. Calibration is much better for those kinds of imbedded habits than MAP alone.

Shelley
It was so easy with Malcolm and he is lovely to work with. I'm not the sort of person who can work off my own steam, so MAP type work doesn't resonate well for me, so having a therapist only spend 20 minutes to get a result is my type of therapy!
He uses a combination of NLP, EFT tapping and Emotrance. It gave me that immediate kick start. |

I also put this update in the referal section.
I took my son to see a Malcolm yesterday (EFT therapist), he has a lot of issues - one of them is a spider phobia. Well, that's gone now
Normally, he would search his bedroom at night to EVERY night, before he goes to bed, he checks every corner of his bedroom for spiders and he *forgot* to do that last night! I asked him this morning what he would do if he saw a spider run across the room or if there was one on his leg - he said he would either ignore it or brush it off gently. Normal response from him would've been to scream and try to kill it! (Or get someone else to kill/remove it)
He also worked on some other issues relating to anger and fear.
He is definately a looser kid this morning This is the first moning in years where there hasn't been a bitter scuffle between him and his twin brother That makes my life so much easier!
Just overnight, he seems like a much calmer, more confident kid.
I can't wait for my session in 10 days time
EFT tapping rocks! |

Also how do you even find an energy tapper. I tried searching online but did not come up with anything. What is their offical title, perhaps i typed in the wrong thing. Thanks. By the way I live in Wisconsin. |

Fears in this life that cannot be explained by life experience are usually indicators of what happened to you in a past life. We learn by experience, and those experiences aren't totally dead and left behind when we incarnate again, that's how the human race constantly gets better and better at survival. We remember that saber tooth tigers are dangerous every life after our first encounter with that tiger that left us as tiger food.
Spiders get a really bad rap with people because they're so foreign looking. That and movies will make them scary. I've always found them beautiful myself, wonderfully designed to do what they do. |
