Is this statement true?

Science now recognizes that 80% of your immune system is actually living right in your digestive tract.
Incredible, but true.

If this is true then people with a healthy digestion ALSO have a strong immune system and people that have a weak immune system also have a weak digestive system
How we can really tell if our immune system is strong ?

they're talking about your microbes, sweetie, which is what I say myself. Except I say 50% not 80%. Just drink your kefir and all will be well.
