Ok, so just about everything I read tells me that my saliva Ph should be
around 7 and that I should make my diet more alkaline Yadda Yadda Yadda.

Soooo...how is it that when I did my Amino acids tests I was extremely low
in a range of aminos and my Naturopath suggested supplementing them...

Riddle me that one...........

Amino acids have virtually nothing to do with pH, outside of the fact that the digestive by-products of proteins are acidic.

Like I always say, IGNORE pH except as a learning tool about how fluid our fluids really are. Concentrate on eating nutritious, whole foods as close to their original state as possible and you will be properly "alkaline." The key is BALANCE not pH, your body knows more about pH and how to manage it then you ever will, and you can't outsmart your body.

If you eat the Protein Shake with two or three eggs daily, you'll get all your amino acid (protein) needs met, especially if you eat Kichadi too.
