Hey Shelley~
I am planning to do a 7-day backpacking hike on the West Coast Trail (west vancouver island in canada). I has the reputation of being one of the most grueling (but beautiful) hikes in NA. Do you have any advice for like nutrition/supplements to help with muscle soreness/general endurance? I'm gonna bring along lemon juice and ACV to make cleansing drinks cos that will help and also salty snacks. Thanks! |

that's a good start. Wearing a hat? Hope so! are you drinking the local water? How are you purifying it? Major consideration. Not sure what the definitive argument is, though. Just know I'd better look if ever I go.
Don't be afraid to overdo on salt, do get plenty of fluids, vinegar is great. Anything pickled is also good. Have fun! |
