In a recent post you spoke about too much calcium. I have been on a Metagenics product for the past few months called Calcitite Hi-Strength. I believe it was for my immune system and adrenal exhaustion. The ingredients are as follows:

Hydroxyapatite 1000mg
Equiv elemental Calcium 242.4mg
Equiv elemental Magnesium 3.9mg
Equiv elemental Phosphorous 120mg
Calcium Hydrogen phosphate 216mg
Equiv elemental Calcium 49.7mg

As this supplement has phosphorous and magnesium in it for balance and the calcium mg is not overly high is it safe to take daily or should it be reduced to a few times a week?

I am learning that supplements need to be well monitored to have a positive effect and for maximum benefit.

Hydroxyapatite is a kind of calcium, so that is a lot of calcium. I'd take it sparingly, one dose maybe 3-4x a week. that formula is for bone building, it's not for adrenals or immune system, it is totally designed to maximize bone tissue and prevent osteoporosis.
