|

My saliva gets very foamy and thick when under stress. Maybe this is norma
but it sure seems odd to me. I`d like to understand the mechanism that is
going on when that happens. The whole adrenal fatigue thing is still baffling
me too. My saliva cortisol is low while my plasma cortisol is high...
If that isn`t confusing enough, my dhea is also low normal.
I`m the guy with the tongue cracks....oh btw a couple of weeks on your
water, B`s etc therapy seems to be helping a bit. I also have some strange
colon irritation that I am tying to stress so far. Tried three months on the
Wilsons glandulars and some progress...but WOW $$$$ Ashwaganda does help as done Phosphatidyl Serine....which oddly enough lowers the cortisol
response.
So what the heck is this saliva business..... |

Stress makes the body more acidic. Saliva particularly so. That's my favorite use for pH strips, monitoring the changes to saliva pH depending on how stressed or angry we are. When you see the color of the strip it really brings it on home that anger, hatred, rage, all hurt us terribly.
If you try the Oil Swish you'll see that as the enzymes and acids get into the oil it gets white and foamy. So that says to me that you're seeing toxins. |

Well, I am working on the anger and my saliva PH has gone to 7 these
days....I WILL test it next time I am stressed.
So I am working on the anger with meditation and Ashwaganda....whats
your best theory on what to do about anger. I am a lot better than I was
a couple of years ago.....but still have trouble controlling anger on occasion.
Do you believe that anger could be due to liver issues. |

Absolutely. Most anger is stored in the liver and certain toxins make us irritable and quick to frustration/anger. Overall tho it's up to the nervous system. All of our emotions are dependent on neurons.
Like anything else, you just gotta practice detachment and abstinence until it's a non-issue. It takes time, because the nerves have to be retrained and neurons upgraded. |
