Hi Shelley
I had three x rays on my lower back yesterday, one from the front and two laying on my side by the hip bone.
I don't like getting x rays but have had a problem and wanted to know what was going on. Then I got concerned about the radiation and it possibly messing with any organs.
I feel weird today, a bit anxious. Is this just being over tired or is this something that can happen from x rays? Sounds silly but I thought I would ask so if I should do something, I can get to it.
Thank you, I hope all is well!

Hi Shelley,
I really do feel anxiety today, what the heck, can x rays do that?
I am thinking it's silly but I am hoping this didn't disrupt my ovaries or any endocrine functioning.
Please let me know what your opinion is
Thank you!

Anything that stresses you out can cause anxiety. I've never heard of X-rays specifically causing anxiety, but I can see how it could happen. We're not exactly supposed to be bombarded with X-rays! Our bodies are happiest when the radiation is similar to what we get from the sun.
So a bit of sun therapy is called for here, as is lots of calcium-rich foods or calcium supplement. Take a salt bath (simple detox bath) to reduce the amount of radiation in your body. Just dump some Epsom salts and some baking soda into the tub and soak.

Hi Shelley
I'll go in the sun tomorrow morning, I avoid it now that I live in Florida after seeing how damaged people's skin is here. I won't be the palest person in Florida this weekend.
I'll do the bath as well, thank you so much!
