Oils stored in plastic

Hi Shelley,

What is your opinion on storing oils in plastic bottles, in regards to leeching?

The reason i ask is that I want to order some fish oil but the brand I want to go for comes in a plastic bottle.

If it's an opaque plastic bottle, like the black ones I see all the time in health food stores, that's fine. If it's clear and the oil is exposed to the light, it's questionable. Make sure you're ordering one that was just recently put on the shelves, or find a better source.
