Hi Shelley,
Hope that u're well
During breakfast this morning, I beleive that after chipping a tooth, I may have swallowed some particles from it ... sigh ..
Should I be worried ?
Is there anything that u would advise me to do??
Thanks so very much |

| no worries unless it was totally infected, and even then you should be okay, just take some Kefir. |

I will, thank-u so much !!
As a matter of fact I take kefir on a regular basis along with lecithin and NYF and lately I've started taking chromium
and zinc 2x per week especially 'cause I've been on the birthcontrol for many years and also 'cause I beleive that I eat alot of sugar
Another thing, often times my stools have the texture AND color of peanutbutter and/or almond butter ... does this seem normal to u
I thank-u once again |

| Absolutely normal. Bile is actually yellow and only turns a darker brown because of the microbes introducing oxygen and such, and due to bilirubin. When you have faster, normal transit times, they have less time to do their thing (which is waht we want) and so the stools don't change color as much. And when you have more fiber in your system, it is less colored by the bilirubin. |
