Hey Shelley,
Well, basically my regimen is as follows:
Diet:
- Vegetables and meat.
- Plenty of water.
- No sugar, practically no carbs, no dairy.
- Vit. A, vit. B, vit. C, Zinc 50mg, EFAs, extra virgin.
- ACV once or twice per day.
- Oil pulling every morning for the last month.
What bothers me is that it's getting worse ... my cheeks are quite red now, mostly red marks. In the last two-three days I havent had any BM, so I got a lot of white heads on my cheek and forehead. I took some laxitives last night and I had a BM today.
The weird thing is that throughout the day like two-three times I would get weird red rashes on my arms and my abs and chest. And that's been for like two months now, and I have no clue about that.
Next week I'm getting full blood check and urine ...
I'll do the salt water flush and a liver flush.
And I'll start doing a detox bath every few days.
I dont get bothered easily by acne, but it's getting worse the more I try.
I'm getting kinda angry.
p.s.
It's everywhere. Worst my cheeks, forehead and the area between my eyebrows. |

| What about iodine and serious liver/bowel cleansing? Are you taking digestive enzymes, have you done the stomach acid test? What are you putting on your skin? |

Hey Shelley,
Thanks for the reply in Yankulov's thread, very helpful.
Little update. No rashes for some long time now, don't know why I had them for several months.
Regarding acne, from cystic I've gone to only whiteheads, which thank god heal a lot faster. I've also discovered that my uncle and dad used to have also some serious acne problems.
I've been off Zinc for probably a month, started taking 50mg yesterday, I think I had best results with simple vitamin C so I'm definately buying that tomorrow.
Anyway, thanks for everything.
p.s.
I started having a lot of fruits and dairy recently, I'm still breaking out, but my worse break-outs were after I had been drinking (a lot) which happened only twice, but the results were terrible the next days, any conclusion from that? (mostly beer and whiskey - gluten?) |

Alcoholic beverages do so many wicked things to the body. If you're already susceptible to anything they'll just make it worse. You don't have to be allergic to gluten or hops to have negative reactions.
Be sure to supplement Taurine occasionally if you never eat cottage cheese. Fermented dairy is usually very safe even to those who are intolerant, but if you react best to avoid unless you need a quick cure for constipation.
Sounds like you come from a family tree that's very rich in testosterone. That means you have to supplement C occasionally if you're not eating fruit or leafy greens, be careful with your Zinc/Potassium ratio, be sure to get your B vits and EFAs.
The main cause of heart attack in men is not cholesterol, but a lack of essential nutrients. Constantly producing Testosterone robs you of linoleic acids, which the heart needs. But for many years the gonads take precedance. Survival of the species and all that.
Every 'manly man' is a heart attack waiting to happen if he doesn't eat right. The AHA made the wrong connections thanks to the margarine lobbyists. Cholesterol rises when we're low in certain minerals and high in carbs.

Hey Shelley,
Just a quick thing again. I was talking to a friend of mine who told me that testosterone is also a reason for man's baldness, which led me thinking about my uncle and father, who both have already gray hair and losing hair quickly (a little bit early) and I remember their father being bald.
So, if the link is true, what do I do with this damn testosterone? |
