Glutathione is just a protein that has wonderful anti-oxidant properties. I don't go on and on about it because I highly recommend juicing veggies and eating my protein shake. That way you get all your anti-oxidents and vital proteins and don't need to spend a lot of money on supplements. Plus, it's in the sulphur family, and a lot of us are here because we don't utilize sulphur very well, and taking extra sulphur or reducing our levels of selenium is not good. It's all a balancing act. I"ve balanced things best I can to keep things simple and effective. Trust mother nature and only supplement what eating cannot provide in the quantities we need.
