I am deficient in B12 and have low stomach acid. Is there a supplement that would help to increase the intrinsic factor in my stomach or another method to get it bumped up?

Thanks!!

The methods for increasing stomach acids both temporarily and forever, extrinsic and intrinsic, are in the FAQ.

The best source of B12 is liver, I highly recommend that everyone eat calves liver once a month at the very least, and take nutritional yeast flakes as their main vitamin/mineral supplement. Once you get enough B vits and organic salts in your diet your stomach acids should normalize.

Some people need to take in some baking soda, as sometimes the lack of stomach acids is actually due to a lack of carbonates. If the body can't neutralize the stomach acids properly in the small intestine, it stops making stomach acids.
