Most definitely. Chiropractic adjustments can release soooo many stored emotions resulting in floods of tears! The first time it happened to me I thought I was going bonkers, but luckily my chiropractor warned me it might happen. After that I read up on it and found out how common it really is. Plus when we're out of alignment it screws up our electrical circuits and that makes us wonky in the weirdest ways. Releases like that shortened the line bisecting my tongue a lot.
Try to follow the last stage of the cleanse, which allows food and takes care to populate the friendlies, so you don't go off it entirely, and you should still get tons of benefits from it. |

Thanks so much Shelley. My chiropractor is lovely and she totally relates to the mind-body connection, but I was surprised at how suddenly upset I was and didn't link it all up. I am having flashback memories too. She showed me some scan pictures and there's a lot to be fixed around my neck and lower back, so I'm booked for an intensive course of 8 sessions over a month and then will get a re-scan.
I'll start stage 3 immediately and I have my kefir populating in my newly found raw goat's mik right now. |
