Would anyone have Recipes for Bulgur Wheat other than Tabouli?

Tabouli is one of the better recipes, definitely. But any of the recipes that I have up for Quinoa will work, really any of the grain recipes - pilaf, dirty rice, just substitute bulgur wheat for the grain! And you can add it to any patty recipe - salmon patties, for instance, so that it's a meat-and-grain patty.
