I'm on a dose of heavy antibiotics for an unexpected issue. Normally I'd hunt down the info I need on the forum, but i'm feeling so run down I don't have much energy for that.
Is it ok to take/do any of the following while on antibiotics:

salt water enema?
psyllium and bentonite?
pro-biotics?

Or should I wait for the treatment to be done to do these?

thanks much

Enemas are fine, the rest should wait until you are done with the antibiotics. Use just a minimum of salt in the enema as your kidneys are already working overtime. Drink plenty of fluids!!! Smile

When the course of antibiotics are finished that's the time to take probiotics so you replenish your friendlies. Kefir, pills, Activa yogurt, however you want to do it, just be sure to get it done. Smile
