Hey Shelley,

Ive found a source for a highly recommended cod liver oil (by none other than the Weston Price Foundation!) however, the bottle also contains some vitamin E (5.5mg per teaspoon) all the vitamins are natural source, its won awards for quality and purity but I was just wondering if this addition is likely to reduce the beneficial effects due to E's antagonisitic effects on vitamin A?

A pure source! golly! It's too bad they combine it, but pure sources of A are so rare it's worth it.
