| Filtered water is fine, but add minerals occasionally. Demineralized? Doesn't sound right to me, water should have lots of minerals, just not the wrong ones like aluminum or lead. |

Well, it says: "Demineralized treated water " to be exact, on the big 18 litre container that's available to us at work ... that's why I asked u 'cause it didn't sound right to me either
I'm wondering though what the "treated" means ?? Perhaps they do add the minerals once the water's been filtered
At home, I've been drinking Brita since many years now actually ... Is that system ok ??

Btw, when u say: add minerals occasionally ... do u mean to my drinking water and/or diet ... which ones should I add ??
I thank-u so very much for all ur help and guidance

It probably means that they took tap water and put it through a filtration system much like the WaterMan franchise does. It's probably okay for the most part, but add liquid trace minerals, just a drop, to be sure.
Brita is better than nothing, but for drinking water Evian is the best last time I checked Consumer Reports.
It's best to add a drop or so of liquid trace minerals to filtered water. |
