hi all.
shelley, one thing i have noticed, more so recently, now that i have gotten noticeably better, is that my urine has much more color than it used to. for as long as i can remember, my urine was always colorless, like water and i always thought that was strange. and now its much darker and sometimes very dark, especially if i am unable to use the bathroom right away and have to hold it for a while. is this a sign of maybe some internal function that didnt work properly before that has now been switched on, by treating and eliminating candida or chelating or both? i have been taking milk thistle and livatone for a while so could that be the cause? |

| Yes, very much so. As the liver gets rid of old compounds, it converts them into compounds that the kidneys can excrete. The water-soluble ones go to the kidneys, fat soluble stay in the bile and get dumped into the small intestine. So drink more water, dandelion tea, cleansing drink, to help out the kidneys. |
