caprylic acid in candida shake

I would like to buy some caprylic acid capsules for my candida shake.

Can I just open up the capsules and tip them straight into my P&B shake?

How many mg of caprylic acid should be in each shake?

The capsules i was looking at come in come in 500mg ...

Hi, I asked the same couple of months ago. Shelley told me to open up one 500mg capsule for one shake. I've done that and it went OK.

I think Shelley will agree on that.
