Hello,
I'm a 37 year old woman, single mom of two boys. Last year I noticed that my hair was breaking off. I've changed my diet since then and started taking Coconut oil. Recently, my head's itchy, and I've seen anywhere between 8-10 hairs coming out daily. I have thin curly hair to begin with, but now I can clearly see bald spots forming on my head. What can I do to help with my hair loss? |

You need to get a complete physical plus a thyroid panel and make sure your thyroid is okay. If everything checks out okay, then you need to address the deficiencies that lead to hair loss:
High/low protein, high/low zinc, high/low sodium, low iron, low Iodine, low EFAs, high Vitamin A, heavy metal toxicity.
You shouldn't be high in anything unless you're supplementing.
Hope that helps! |
