Caproil Substitute

I have run out of Caproil to put my in Candida fibre shakes - would melted coconut oil have the same effect?

Nope! But it will have some benefits. Coconut oil is very strange. Some people do great on it, some don't. But I wouldn't put it in a shake because it's absorbed by the lymphatic system, and fiber will just get in the way of that.

If you're out of caproil then make your fiber shakes probiotic replacement type shakes. Add a little kefir, or open up an acidophilus pill and add that.
