I've been a good boy for 6 weeks so I'm thinking about giving myself a treat Very Happy

I have some Candida friendly recipes with Rice Flour. The question, which is best, White Rice or Wild Rice flour? Or is Rice Flour good at all?

I'm not planning to make a whole bunch, just a treat.

Rice flour should be fine if you didn't eat a lot of rice during your time of undiagnosed candida imbalance. I found that it posed no problems for me, so the only real problem is the ubiquitous one of not much nutrition, which can be solved by making a rice pilaf of white, brown and wild.

Since this is for a treat or transitional type meal, just go with whatever rice flour works best for what you're trying to make! And be sure to post the recipe! Smile
