|
|
Hi Shelley
I have a bottle of garden of lifes omegazyme, but in the list of ingredients it says Maltdextrin, and that there is <1 g of carbohydrates per serving. Is maltodextrin safe for a candida sufferer? Will these sugars be digested in the small intestine or will they be carried to the large intestine?
Thanks! |

oh sorry, my bad!
It means it's too minor to worry about, it really doesn't make any difference. Even some proteins have grams of carbohydrates. |
