Hi Shelley,
I have 2 questions which I hope you can help with:
Firstly, I have been coughing for 2 months and 3 weeks. it was worse; there is only a little bit of a cough now. Everyday, I would cough once or twice at 10-11am. I would cough out a tiny bit of clear phlegm.
I am currently on my second round of antibiotics for the cough. It's not helping. How do I recover from my cough?
Secondly, i am preparing for a LF this Saturday. Is it alright for me to go ahead and flush? How much time should I wait after a cough is gone before one flushes?
I hope someone would be able to enlighten me. please. Many thanks |

First of all, stop taking antiobitics if they're not helping. The issue is not from baddies in that case, it's an issue of allergies or nutritional deficiencies! Always consider those FIRST because it's safer treatment than antibiotics.
If the cough is always a wet cough to release phlegm, then I'd look into allergies of some kind. Usually it's dairy. If you're supplementing Vitamin A, you could be doing too much. If you're not getting enough A or zinc, that could cause it too.
If it's a dry cough, then it's Calcium/Magnesium imbalance/deficiency.
Do a rotation/elimination diet to discover what your bad foods are, read the blood type diet, do the pulse test in the FAQ, etc.
Either way you should START cleansing the liver and bowels! It could be a clogged liver is backing up into your lungs! Don't do a full on flush yet, but do the slow liver cleanse and see if it helps.
Good luck! |
