Hey Shelley,
You mention this about veggies (Super-sweet veggies like beets should only be eaten in small amounts during the first month. May need to limit nightshade veggies for awhile)---what about juicing, would that be a different. Cause I wanted to focus on the liver and do juicing with carrots and beets, and other stuff mixed.
Thank you

Hiya Beach Bum! Remember the difference between juicing and eating: with juicing, we digest things very very quickly when the juice is our entire meal, and isn't getting mixed up wtih other fibers. When you release plant sugars from fibers, there isn't a lot of time for candida to get at them, most are absorbed before they can ferment. So as long as the amounts are small (6-8 ounces) and drank apart from meals, you can have your cleansing beet juice. Just don't overdo because it IS very cleansing! |

| ok I get it. If the liver is very congested can having a juice (carrots, beets, lemon etc) have an effect of tireness. This is probably another no brainer question, hehe |

| OH yes. Usually I find that they invigorate me, but you may crash and burn for a bit. |

Shelley,
Would getting all of our carbs from veggie juicing and eating according to your guidlines (minus all carbs) starve candida for the most part?
