OK, i didn't flush last new moon!

So I want to do it next new moon, in 2 1/2 weeks.

Had an emotionally stressful time, stopped the GCG for about 6 weeks. I don't know if this means all the broken up stones have clumped back together again...

Anyway, is this enough as a preparation for the next 2 1/2 weeks:

- GCG 1 tablespoon each morning
- Liver herbs with each meal
- 2 tbspns ACV per day
- 2 tbspns Lecithin per day
- oxypowder cleanse nightly for a week
- one psyllium/bentonite shake per day, enemas

I'm not sure if this addresses all aspects of prep. I have a bottle of Chinese bitters in the cupboard, don't know if I should use this too. Don't really want to use apple juice because of the sugar.

It's my first flush, so I want to be really sure I don't get any stuck stones!! Shocked

any help much appreciated!

Oh yes, that's quite sufficient. Be sure to have healthy fats in your diet, and about halfway through your two weeks you may want to do a morning juice/oil cocktail for a mini-flush to take out some of the dreck before the major flush.

Good luck! Smile
