Hey Shelley,
I think you mentioned before that chromium imbalance could be implicated in problems with cracking joints, is this true? Or am I remembering incorrectly?
I have quite a problem with them and althouth at the moment its only the noise I was just wondering if there were any implications for imbalance or toxicity that would cause most joints on my body to crack and pop, especially on my back?
Thanks. |

| if you're prone to dislocating/popping out joints, that's manganese. Joint problems in general can be lack of sulfur or chromium, or too much copper. |
