Hey Shelley,
can you add parasite herbs to the fiber shake, or would they best be taken on an empty stomach? I've finally decided to do a parasite cleanse because I still have pretty constant hunger and don't seem to be absorbing all the nutrients I eat. Thank you!

Absolutely. If you have pills/capsules, take them first, wait 15 minutes so they dissolve, then take fiber. If you have tinctures/liquids/teas, mix right with the fiber.
