I don't like milk, for obvious reasons. But I feel I lack in calcium because of it. Are there any other food sources that pack a good or decent amount of calcium? I have almond milk with sprouted grain cereals but I'd like to have some calcium.

Yep, all the dark green leafy veggies - kale, spinach, parsley, cilantro, beet tops, mustard greens. It's hard to get enough calcium from these sources tho unless you juice them.

Broccoli is also very good.

And if you eat small fish like sardines with bones, you get calcium that way.

Can you eat kefir/yogurt? Great way to get calcium and repopulate gut flora.

Oh I already am eating a lot of vegetables, and broccoli, er actually broccolini. As for kefir, I can nly buy the ones made from pasteurized milk, that ok? I used to make my own using raw goat milk and kefir grains, but buying goats milk out of state on a regular basis burns a whole in the wallet.

they may have started out with pasteurized, but if it's real yogurt or real kefir it ain't pasteurized any longer.

It's what happens when a cannelloni bean and a brocolli fall in love.
